  Additional Information:  Per the meet invitation, we must supply at least one timer for each session of this meet.  No concessions.  Drinks will be sold by the BGSU Recreation Department.  Kast-a-way will be up on Friday only.

  Congratulations to the Dynamo swimmers who qualified to participate in the Mike Peppe/John Bruce Memorial Invitational.  There was outstanding competition and numerous new meet records.  Complete meet results may be found on the meet page of our website.

  The format will be chase starts with boys starting on the north end of the pool (closest to the scoreboard) and girls starting on the south end of the pool (closest to the dive well).  This will hold true for all events except 50’s which will start for boys AND girls at the north end of the pool. 
    
  Any parents who wish to volunteer as a timer, please contact Coordinator Melissa Wulliger at Wulliger.2@osu.edu.  Timers will receive free admission and a heat sheet to the session for which they volunteer.
   
  Parking information will be updated at www.recsports.osu.edu soon and will include construction updates for SR-315 and the campus area.   Please look for these updates on or after June 21.

  Registration for Summer Season

  Forms are available to register with Dynamo Swim Team for the Summer season.  Click on the Registration tab above and download the appropriate forms.

   

  The white level will be adding an additional practice day and optional meets with the JCC Summer League Team.  If you are interested in participating in the meets, contact the JCC Aquatics Director, Phil Sobers at 559-6241.

  Dynamo is proud to have three outstanding athletes: Jessica Carpenter, Dmitry Dolgov, and Elizabeth Harty represent the swim team at this level of competition.  Great job swimmers! 

  Special CONGRATULATIONS to Dmitry Dolgov who qualified for the Junior Nationals in the 200 Breast (2:24.76)!

  For those who were unable to attend this amazing event, you can still click on the link to swim network below to watch video coverage of the meet.  In the final heats you will no doubt recognize several Olympic swimmers.  Look for Dmitry’s swims in the B final of the 200 Back, 200 Breast, and the C final of the 100 Breast.  Watch Liz in the C final of the 100 free!

  OSI Central Commission Official’s Certification

  LSC Short Course Junior Olympics, March 12-14

  MEET RESULTS

  Kelsey Morgan (10) took 1st Place in both the 50 Breast (34.96) and the 100 Breast (1:16.54) earning Top 16 times in both!   

   

  Haley Elizondo (11) earned zone times in the 50 Breast (34.11) placing 10th, and 100 Breast (1:13.91)  placing 6th.

   

  Nick Spargrove competing in six events earned zone cuts in both the 100 Fly (54.97) placing 5th, and the 200 Fly (2:06.58) placing 8th. 

   

  Congratulations to the above swimmers and to Felicia Fantin, Ava Ciminillo-Delamotte, Tyler Mansfield, and Angelique Stepanian who also competed at the State Meet.
